Lazy Window Scrapers Prompt Lottery of Cleansing Frost
Chetwynd RCMP remind motorists to clear frost from all windows before driving. A local man in a green minivan in Rodeo Sub Division nearly received a Motor Vehicle Act ticket for scraping only half the windshield and leaving side windows covered. Sgt. Kim Rusk joked about a non existent Lazy Window Scrapers Act while stressing safer habits. Also noted, as of June 2, 2010 outstanding warrant restrictions will block income and disability assistance for those with indictable warrants, with exceptions for turn‑in and resolution.
