Charleston City Council approved the sale of the Slurry Seal resurfacing machine bought for 12 051 and used to spread salt, bid at 5 000 at a public auction. The machine had uneven results and was stored after one season. An auction will start at 10 30 a m on Oct 29 at the Municipal Auditorium.
