Labor to End Boycott of ILO by AFL CIO
The AFL CIO will resume cooperation with the ILO as its executive board meets in Geneva. Rudolph Faupl, the U S worker delegate, will take his seat on the 48 member board amid prior boycotts following a Communist government delegate’s election. The session also featured protests from African delegates and walkouts over conventions and world peace goals.
