Police report a professional check passer cashed a $55.90 counterfeit check at a filling station on the first of the month. The suspect is described variably as white, 20s to mid 30s, 5 ft 7 in to 5 ft 11 in, about 160 pounds, with trucking knowledge. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation lists multiple aliases and says he is wanted for over $70,000 in bogus checks across 12 states. Descriptions differ on hair color and facial features.
