Boonville Missouri AP Circuit Judge Frank Hayes denied Monday a motion for a new trial for W A Brookshire convicted of second degree murder. Bond set at 25000. Brookshire, Columbia lawyer and farmer, will appeal to the Missouri Supreme Court. He was convicted June 28 of shooting his farm hand Rodgerick J Neiss 44 of Lawrence Kansas.
