Arthur Windholtz age 21 of Walker Kansas is found dead in a wrecked car after authorities pursued him at high speed while attempting to serve a speeding warrant. The vehicle left a road near a dead end, plunged down a 15 foot bank about 10 miles northeast of Hays. The victim had been missing since last week. The two brothers located the body in the wreckage.
