Howard Penny reported the John Redmond and Council Grove dams on the Neosho are on schedule with completion expected in 1964 1965 while the Marion dam on the Cottonwood progresses at a satisfactory rate. A flood control project at Florence is feasible and an early Cedar Point review is planned.
