Worker Hurt In 50 Foot Fall At Monarch Cement Plant
William F. Johnson, 30, survived a 50 foot fall at Monarch Cement in Humboldt while removing old roofing from a clinker craneway. A collapsed roof truss sent him to Neosho Memorial hospital with severe head lacerations, a chin cut, and a fractured small arm bone. He is expected to miss about 10 days of work.
