Bell seeks second term as Kansas insurance commissioner
Fletcher Bell, state commissioner of insurance, announced his bid for re election to the post he has held for two terms. A Republican from Lawrence, Bell credits a toll free statewide insurance hotline opened in 1973 and a Consumer Affairs Division inquiry program as key accomplishments. He serves on several state boards and is president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

School drug search finds only aspirin at Neodesha High
