Masonic Funeral Rites and Clergy Coordination
The text outlines standard Masonic funeral practices including that services for a deceased Mason are led by the local lodge when the home lodge is different, and that active pallbearers should be Master Masons in proper attire. It notes honorary pallbearers may be non-Masons and that the service may be standalone or with the family's clergy, with clergy notified and approved if a fraternal service is included. The Ja hnenn Mortuary promotes these services to ease burden on bereaved families.
