The U S Weather Bureau reports heavy rains stop the Ohio River fall and predict another flood within a day or two. Officials expect the river to rise to about 30 feet two feet above flood stage in Louisville with no expected damage at that level. The crest last week reached 36.8 feet. The river dipped below flood stage at 4 PM yesterday and has held at 27.5 feet since midnight.
