Al Guiot led a 75 day city effort to remove 584 dead elms costing 43 800 with 15 workers from three departments. The project started Sept 27 1971 and finished Friday. 51 trees were spared as still partially alive. Dr Alex Mih announced practice in Humboldt Kansas starting today at 9 am after state licensure and U S citizenship.
