Motorists enjoy a drop in gasoline prices this week as major and independent stations cut prices two cents a gallon. The Agriculture Department reports farm prices received by farmers rose four tenths of 1 percent in the month ended June 15 while prices paid for goods and services were unchanged. Meat animals, fruit and cotton led the rise. however, overall prices remained 0.4 percent below year earlier and about 21 percent under February 1951. Prices paid were about 3 percent above last year.

Youth Drowns Near De Soto After Lake Crossing
