Fall From Building Kills Kansas Woman

Paroled Forgery Suspect Sentenced in Chanute Court
A 2-6 year old Chanute resident, Bill Trackler, pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree forgery and passing a forged check. He received two concurrent two year terms in the Kansas Industrial Reformatory and was paroled to Robert Pennington for admission to a mental hospital for observation and treatment. He had been jailed in Erie for about a month pending trial.
