Kansan Falls From Train In Wyoming
A 36 year old man William A Fish of Maryville Kansas fell from the Union Pacific Portland Rose train between Rawlins and Cheyenne. He lay 18 hours on an open prairie 21 miles east of Rawlins before discovery. He suffered a severe head injury and scalp lacerations and was reported in critical condition at Memorial Hospital Rawlins. His daughter and mother identified as Mrs Halstead reported him missing to Cheyenne authorities.

Drivers Post Bonds After Arrests Here

Two Kansas Escapees Flee South Dakota Authorities
Two Kansans who escaped jail twice in three weeks are being sought in the Black Hills near Rapid City. Albert Chester McIntyre 36 of McPherson and Henry Eugene Wunder 19 of LaCrosse escaped from Great Bend jail May 27 and were caught in the Black Hills last week but escaped from jail here Saturday night. James Ritter about 18 of Hill City fled with them but was captured shortly after.

Two-vehicle crash near El Dorado claims young man
Gary Mobley of Leon Kansas, 19, died from injuries after a two car collision Saturday night two miles south of El Dorado. Investigators described the crash as causing fatal injuries to Mobley who was admitted to a hospital last night.

Death Delay For Soldier Hagelberger at Leavenworth
The Army granted an indefinite stay of execution for Pvt. Richard A. Hagelberger 23 of Buffalo New York held at Leavenworth after a 1952 Army court martial for murder and robbery near Diebach Germany. Col James W Davis ordered no action on the June 6 hanging instruction. Hagelberger and Pvt John F Vigneault were convicted in 1952. Vigneault's sentence was reduced to 55 years and he serves at Leavenworth.

House OKs Bill For Foreign Aid, $1 Billion Short

Two men, Thomas J. Ballou of Quincy and Thomas A. Callahan, were booked on suspicion of murder in the slaying of William J. Cameron a Dorchester hoodlum who allegedly leaked details to the FBI about the Brink's robbery. Cameron’s body was found in his car near a Navy barracks on the South Boston waterfront.
