Man Lays Self Before Frisco Train Near Rogersville
An unidentified man in Rogersville Missouri stepped in front of an eastbound Frisco train about a mile east of town Tuesday night. Engineer Eugene Price saw him near the tracks and, after whistling, the man moved east then knelt as the train neared, suggesting a suicide attempt. Fingerprints will be used to identify the deceased.

Two Test Pilots Die In Jet Collision Near Carrollton
Two F101B Voodoo jets collided in mid air seven miles south of Carrollton Illinois. Two of four test pilots aboard were killed. The dead were engineers from McDonnell Aircraft Corp of St. Louis.
