The farm census headquarters at Parsons Kansas will open in late July and run through 1961. A Census Bureau representative begins job applications June 15 at the public library, with civil service hiring. About 20 warehousemen will assemble forms for 32 000 field workers reporting in November and December, boosting staff to around 1 000 to 1 596 clerks and operators. Driver Fined on Drinking Charge in City Court
