Two Youths Stranded, Fed, Held By Chanute Police
Two hungry teens, Joe Franklin Kanmore 18 and Curtiss Irvin James 17 from Pueblo Colorado, were found by a service station and detained as vagrants by Chanute police after traveling toward Pueblo.
