At 12 30 p m police recovered a motorcycle from the west pond of Memorial Park Cemetery after a report of a bike with only the handlebars showing. Sgt Charles Record waded out to remove it. The tag matched Tom Harris 1530 S Malcolm who reported his cycle stolen. Officers said wiring had been cut to start the motorcycle. A cut down tree with an ax was also found in the pond.
