Four men were taken into custody around 2 a.m. and are held for investigation. One of the quartet faces a charge of operating a motor car while under the influence. The men named are Marshall Huff of Cincinnati Ohio Harold Haywood Delcach of San Pedro California Bill B Holt of Kansas City Missouri and Carl Perkins who gave no address.
