Sentenced To Lansing For Felonious Assault Case

A misdescription caused Woolery to receive a sheriff's deed to Fred Rehmerts property instead of a vacant tract adjoining a house lot. Rehmert quit claimed the correct parcel and Woolery got a refund of $7 plus $4 recording fee. the vacant tract remains on the delinquent rolls.
