ERIE The Grillette cafe was broken into Thursday night with $14 taken mostly in change, Sheriff Jerry Sloan said. It was the second break-in at the cafe in two weeks, with entry via a rear window. Kansas City Man's Body Found in Texas
Kenneth Arthur, 52, formerly of Kansas City Missouri and an ex convict, was found dead in a well at an abandoned farm home near Dodd City in Fannin County Texas. Dallas police had sought him for robbery cases. Rangers said a gangland style ride led to his death from a fractured skull and knife slash. The body was estimated dead about six days. Two bird hunters located the well after dogs barked.
