Missing Car Driver Assessed $125 Fine
Thomas Newton Annis of Williams town Kansas was taken into custody after police pursued a missing car belonging to Leonard Dean Brazil Chanute. Annis pleaded guilty to operating a motor car while intoxicated and received a $125 fine. A Chanute youth riding with him was found guilty of intoxication and sentenced to 30 days in jail, paroled.
