Two men arraigned in Baldwin abducting officer
Robert Wagoner and Pat McGinnis of Baldwin were arraigned on charges of abducting Baldwin policeman Mike Shute during a predawn traffic stop. Wagoner surrendered Saturday and McGinnis turned himself in Friday after contacting the Douglas County sheriff. Bill McGinnis, Pat’s brother, was charged with aiding a felon. A 19-year-old woman drove the suspects toward the Kansas City area after the abduction.
