Moberly OKs grazing by buffalo inside city limits
The Moberly City Council unanimously approved a zoning amendment to allow buffalo to graze on 25 acres near the KWIX KRES transmitter area. Jerrell Shepherd and a partner bought 70 buffalo at an auction in South Dakota for grazing on city edge properties and nearby farms in Macon and Randolph counties.

City election turnout in frigid weather determines government form
