Secretive youths launch rocket near Ogden Utah
Johnny Stoddard Steve Mercer and Bruce Herrick all 17 Weber High School students staged a weekend rocket launch behind sandbags using a two inch steel rocket 69 inches long. Gail Morris Lathrom of Pittsburg posted a 125 bond yesterday on a driving while intoxicated charge.
