The overall package increases labor costs about six percent annually for about 643000 workers.

A car slid on ice on U S 81 six miles north of Wellington and overturned into a ditch. The driver, Edward W Koehler 46 of Wellington, was thrown from the vehicle as the car rolled over him, killing him.
