Chanute Fire Department Reports November Losses
Fire Chief C. W. Brennan announced November fire losses totaled about 500 dollars with a year to date damage of 28,550. The department logged 27 runs in November including grass fires in town and services at Tioga township and various buildings while 19 runs were recorded in November 1964. By December 1, calls reached 223 last year and 143 this year.
