Walter Worts 39 was fined 50 pounds for having sexual intercourse with his wife in their yard near a garden while neighbors saw them. The magistrates convicted Worts of indecent exposure. his wife 33 was acquitted on condition she does not repeat the act.
Cape Kennedy Florida AP reports astronauts received final major physicals while NASA warned a 60 person documentation strike could delay the moon launch. Most officials believed strike odds would not push the launch from its scheduled Wednesday night window.
Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren E Burger granted a last day stay to block federal rules that would ban any air pollution in clean air regions.
