City Bonds Parity and Refund Provisions in Chanute Ordinance
Chanute Kansas ordinance details issuance of additional revenue bonds for electric water and gas systems. parity bonds allowed only if conditions met including 140 percent net income tests and full compliance with funds and covenants. refund bonds may be issued with equal pledge, provided certain constraints. section 11 requires deficit funding from available revenues. section 12 outlines investment rules for reserve funds. section 15 grants remedies to bondholders. ordinance takes effect after publication August 14 1972.
