Erie sheriff records a non-injury accident at 6:15 p.m. Saturday on a county road two miles north of the Labette Neosho line and two miles west of US 59. A 1939 Chevrolet pickup driven by Alfred H. Scheidt and a 1955 Studebaker driven by Thomas G. Mollohan collided in an intersection. The pickup was deemed not worth repair and the Studebaker sustained about $50 damage.
