Man Tries To Hire Killer To Assassinate Nixon

Andrew B. Topping, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested in New York on a charge of threatening and attempting to kill President Nixon. He allegedly met with undercover agents, handed over $1,000, and sought help to hire a killer. Weapons were seized at his West End Avenue apartment.

Governor Docking touts education growth in Kansas
