The BLPhy-Chem Club sponsors a pay assembly featuring Jack Raymond and Reptiles of North America on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the high school auditorium. The public is invited, arranged through the University of Kansas. Thursday the club visited the Will Nogers memorial at Claremore Okla and toured the Ozark Smelting Co. plant at Coffeyville. The club will elect officers May 18. Mrs. Paul Parsons reports her grandfather Rev J. E. Hopkins, minister of Thayer, married Judge and Mrs J. L. Naff of Erie on April 12, 1905, and the Naffs celebrated their Golden wedding day at Erie last Sunday.
