Mrs Virginia Brigden and her son Bill visited Topeka with her parents Mr and Mrs J L Taylor arriving Monday as a severe hail and rain storm hit. Glass damage to their car was estimated at 112 dollars. Mrs Brigden works in Topeka and Bill is a Kansas University student on vacation this week. Century-Old St. Paul resident keeps moving at 96
Isaac Moses of St. Paul remains active at age 96. He walks six miles daily for meals, tends a garden, and travels to Chanute and California. Born in Indiana, he moved to the area as a teen and later lived near Village Creek, Erie, and St. Paul. He recalls boyhood work storing beer in caves by Village Creek bridge. He has many descendants and travels to visit relatives, including trips to California in 1954 and last December.

Youth Escapes Jail After Beating Sheriff
