Eloping Seventh Grader Couple Cause Florida Plan Disrupted
In Spencer Indiana a 13-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl attempted to elope to Florida to marry. Vehicles Damaged In Traffic Crash Near Chanute
A two-vehicle collision on US 169 two miles north of Chanute around 2:20 p.m. yesterday caused damage to a 1953 Tipton Chevrolet half ton pickup and a 1956 McCune Chrysler car. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Otis R. Tipton 43 of R3 and Earl P Loveau 58 of 311 North Franklin. Loveau was passing as Tipton began a left turn. Damage estimates were $100 and $150 respectively.
