Grace McCracken of Mes Biakis and Gleacan of this city was examined by the Sanity Commission in Chehalis yesterday. The court found the complaint of insanity invalid and released her after a cross-examination and review by commissioners Mrs G H W Yow and Petit. The commission acted on the report of her brother I B Gleason who alleged acting queerly of late.

Funeral of John Ackley at Winlock
The funeral for John Ackley a well known farmer from near Winlock was held in Winlock this afternoon. He died at his home Monday night of heart failure at age 54 and had recently announced his candidacy for Lewis County county clerk on the Republican ticket. He is survived by his widow two sons three brothers and other relatives.

Chehalis resident coroner Charles Sticklin was injured when his team bolted after an automobile driven by Mrs. J Henriot of Tacoma approached on a county road near Chellis. He was briefly unconscious, treated at home, with no broken bones but cuts and bruises. Police traced the car by number 12139 and pursued charges.
