Doctor Felton and Lester clash over policy, a knee wound from Virginia fights cited. Farmer backs Lester against war supporters.
An obituary memorializes Judge William M Nutchings of Polk County Georgia born December 25 1820 in Pittsylvania Virginia died August 21 1878 after a brief illness. He served on the Inferior Court and in the Georgia Legislature twice and was widely esteemed for public service and personal benefaction.
