Passenger train wreck on D. W. W. road delays return
A passenger train on the D. B. W. road struck a weakened track near the breweries after a freight crossed a rotten spot. The engine and baggage car sank into the slough, several trunks damaged, crew escaped with soaking. Trains resumed by evening. reports also note community notices and local personalities.
