Wall mural brings memory unit’s walls to life at Keystone Place
Keystone Place at Forevergreen Executive Director Mary Jo Pipkin hired Betten dorf artist Blake Ross to transform a stark 100 foot white wall into a mural blending Palisades Kepler State Park cliffs rural scenes and a nod to Grant Wood memory themes. Ross painted over two six hour sessions then added color painting nine days this summer and staying on site to reduce travel. Both say the project was fairly priced and personally rewarding reflecting residents memories.
