Prague style clock tower dedication marks enduring ties
In Cedar Rapids Czech and Slovak dignitaries joined hundreds for the dedication of the Buresh Immigration Clock Tower near the National Czech and Slovak Museum. The event honors a 1995 visit by Czech President Havel and Slovak President Kovac and marks the only Prague style astronomical clock in the United States at the corner of Inspiration Place and 16th Avenue SW.
