Wal-Mart Plans Largest Super Store Near Coral Ridge Mall
Wal-Mart will build a 203750 square foot super store on Commerce Drive diagonally across Interstate 80 from Coral Ridge Mall. An 84000 square foot Kohl’s will rise east of Wal-Mart with two smaller adjacent stores totaling about 18400 square feet. Steak n Shake and Harley Davidson opened nearby this month south of Commerce Drive. The area off Highway 965 south of the Oakdale Campus is expected to see major development in coming years.
