YMCA Capital Campaign Reports To Metro Board
The Metropolitan Area YMCA executive committee will report on the $3 million capital fund campaign to the Metro board of directors Tuesday at noon in the Central YMCA. Building committee appointment is on the agenda. Landis urged volunteers to report to the campaign office Monday to prepare a complete board report. The effort stems from a two year study shaping facilities through the 1980s at Central Marion Ellis branches and Camp Wapsie r plus a new Far West Branch near First Avenue and Stoney Point Road.
