Benton County man convicted in girlfriend slaying case
David C. Miller, 32, found guilty by a Benton County jury of voluntary manslaughter for the October death of Sabrina Hustad Janish and of two counts of second degree theft for stealing two vehicles as he attempted to flee. He faced first degree murder charges previously. A sentencing date has not been set.
