UI Health Care in May began referring to Amy O’Deen as chief administrative officer for the North Liberty campus. The university did not advertise the position or complete a waiver for a search, yet expanded her 2019 senior associate director role to include planning and management of the new campus. O’Deen will report to Brad Haws and oversee operational budgeting, clinical service lines, and regulatory compliance for the 469000 square foot facility.
