GM raises average price by 119 dollars on 1970 cars

Subic Bay Philippines AP The officer in control of the destroyer Frank Evans when she collided with the carrier Melbourne received a reprieve and a reduction in seniority from a one man court martial. Lt Ronald Ramsey 24 pled guilty to three charges of negligent and dereliction of duty while four similar charges were dropped. The collision in the South China Sea on June 1 sank the Evans bow first killing 74 Americans. Ramsey’s sentence was light compared with the maximum possible dismissal from the service five years hard labor and forfeiture of pay. The judge alone proceeding followed Ramsey’s plea and testimony from witnesses aided sentencing by Capt James Keys. Ramsey remained expressionless as the sentence was read.
