Robert K Walker age 70 died Wednesday in Newport Beach California. Funeral services were held Friday at Forest Lawn Glendale. He was born February 23 1889 in Des Moines Iowa a Iowa State College graduate and former president of Walker and Lee real estate with 25 offices. He is survived by his wife Polly Witwer of Cedar Rapids. two daughters Mrs William McCabe and Mrs Richard Bromley and a Cedar Rapids son. He helped develop Westwood Village Holmby Hills and Lakewood areas.
Donald Arthur Curtis 49 of Cedar Rapids died Thursday during lung surgery at an Iowa City hospital. A 20 year Cedar Rapids resident, he worked 12 years for Iowa National Mutual Insurance and 20 years earlier for Collins Radio. Born February 25 1911 in Ottumwa he studied at the University of Iowa Law School class of 1935 and practiced law in Chariton before moving to Cedar Rapids. Survived by wife Martha two sons Charles and Robert his Cedar Rapids mother Mrs Arthur Curtis and two brothers. Services Sunday at 2 at Beardsley’s Chariton with burial there.

Frances D Dyson widow of Steve Dyson of Cedar Rapids died Friday after a long illness. Born November 15 1892 in Livermore she is survived by a sister Mrs Mary Kay of Chicago. She belonged to St Patrick church and services were set for 9 am Monday at the church with burial at Cedar Memorial. Rosary was to be recited Sunday evening.
Mrs Ethel Cardoni of Cedar Rapids died in a San Diego car accident. She was born February 12 1924 in Cedar Rapids. She was the daughter of Mr and Mrs William A Bell of Cedar Rapids and a sister. Services will be at Turner's at a time to be announced. Interment Cedar Memorial.
Funeral services for Francis W. Cihla are set for Saturday at 10 o clock. The Rt Rev Msgr Mau will officiate at the Mona ghan Stewart funeral home where the service will be held.
Friends may call at the funeral home where Msgr Sheehy will recite the Rosary Friday at 8 PM. Burial is at Mt Calvary.
Reba M Allison of Cedar Rapids died Friday at age 71. Widow of Charles Allison she lived in the city 35 years and worked as a legal secretary. Born January 18 1874 in Bart she was preceded by her husband in 1923. Services set for Monday at 1 30 PM at Barta Hesser chapel with Rev Jack Oliver of First Christian church officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Memorial. Friends may call at the chapel after 2 PM Saturday.

President Eisenhower described to Western leaders the purpose of inviting Nikita Khrushchev to the United States. Burglars netted $105 Thursday night in two Cedar Rapids break-ins. They took $80 from Beck's tavern cash register and a bowling machine at 827 Fifth St. SE after forcing the back door. At Mackin Paint, 2704 Mount Vernon Rd SE, $20 from a cash register and $5 in change from a cash box were stolen after forcing the basement door. An attempt to break into Vern's Trade-All at 134 F Ave NW failed when the rear screen door was cut but the back door not forced.
