Four area districts including Belle Plaine Midland West Branch and Pekin vote on 10 year PPELs to fund roofing repairs school bus purchases repairs and other improvements. Levies range from 60 to 134 cents per $1 000 assessed value with income surtaxes up to 20 percent and projected annual revenues from $60 000 to $219 000.
