Police linked bloody footprints to Carloss Robinson and questioned him after discovering the evidence in Christina Sanoubane’s apartment. Robinson, 29, is charged with first degree murder for the fatal knife wound at 818 10th St. SW, where Sanoubane had just moved in a week earlier.
McLeodUSA will install four interactive communication centers inside Kinnick Stadium to let Hawkeye fans place local calls connect to the Internet and check email during games. The state Board of Regents plans a 7.2 percent base tuition hike at the University of Iowa Iowa State University and the University of Northern Iowa with 5.2 percent for inflation and 2 percent for quality improvement.
