County Reups Pact With Abbe Center for Linn County Care
The Board of Supervisors renewed the five year lease for the Abbe Center for Community Mental Health to operate the Linn County care facility north of Marion. The agreement, begun in 1987, aims to save about one million annually through federal and state payments. Abbe reports the county has saved at least 1.1 million in each of the last three years.
