Police Nab Sex Suspect Identified by Cedar Rapids Girls

A 32 year old Town City man Harold W Simmonds was identified by three Cedar Rapids girls as the stranger who mistreated them under threat of injury over the past two weeks. He was arrested by Patrolman Carl Badger on Sixth street SW after a citywide stakeout. The case involves a six year old victim and a prior incident near an area town. Simmonds was tracked through multiple schools and high points before arrest on a speeding charge on Sixth street road.

The Supreme Court refused to review a lower court ruling limiting the President's ability to fire federal workers. The case centered on Leo A. American Is Cleared of All Counts

Hermann Field a U S citizen who disappeared in Red Poland in 1949 has been cleared of all charges and released from prison. The broadcast said Polish authorities found the charges were framed by an American agent. Field, 44, from Cleveland, will receive full compensation and action against those responsible.
